CNC Operator – Collingwood, ON

The CNC Operator will be working out of our facility in Collingwood, Ontario. This position will perform mounting and un-mounting of parts to be machined, run pre-set programs on all ceramic machining equipment, coordinate with production staff, maintain inventory, and job logs for all machines, and complete paperwork as necessary.


  • Mounting and un-mounting of parts to be machined
  • Run pre-set programs on all ceramic machining equipment
  • Use of various measurement tools to confirm precise product dimensions
  • Coordinate with other production staff to ensure parts are processed on time
  • Maintain inventory of all core drill tools and blades to ensure adequate stock
  • Machine start-up and safety checks
  • Maintain hour/job logs for all machines
  • Complete all paperwork as required
  • All other assigned duties

  • Diploma, degree or equivalent in CNC Machining preferred
  • Very well organized
  • Possess time management skills
  • Knowledge of Global Shop an asset
  • Proven computer skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Friendly and courteous demeanour
  • Strong communication skills; both oral and written
