Role: Sensor Technology is looking for a CNC Operator!

Job Description: The CNC Operator will perform mounting and unmounting of parts to be machined, run pre-set programs and set up new programs on all ceramic machining equipment, coordinate with production staff, maintain inventory and job logs for all machines, and complete paperwork as necessary. The CNC Operator will report to the Plant Manager and should work closely with them to achieve all job functions and ensure co-ordination of process flow and smooth production.

Responsibilities of the position may include:

• Mounting and unmounting of parts to be machined
• Run pre-set programs and set-up new programs on all ceramic machining equipment
• Co-ordinate with other production staff to ensure parts are processed on time
• Maintain inventory of all core drill tools and blades to ensure adequate stock
• Machine start-up and safety checks
• Maintain hour/job logs for all machines
• Complete all paperwork as required
• All other assigned duties
